My career has been dedicated to sport and performing starting out as a gymnast and transitioning to a circus performer and more recently into transition and performance coach.
As a performer with Cirque Du Soleil, I got to perform in 23 cities up-to 3 performances a day. Working in a high performance environment with elite athletes and coaches, I learnt the value of resilience, team work and self belief; anything is possible with the right mindset and hard work.
Being human I have had my own fluctuations in life understanding how challenging and frustrating it can be to meet goals or recovering from injury.
I hope to motivate and inspire you and make your transition seamless, enjoyable and energising, so you can leave our sessions feeling good and fulfilled.
