Initially we will have a conversation to establish what you are currently going through and the challenges you are facing transitioning out of your sport, performing role, or career into a new one.
Further tailored sessions will provide you with the tools to help you deal with this transition and help to motivate and inspire you for the next phase of your journey. We are here to help you find a new passion or career by utilising the skills you already have even though you may not currently recognise them.

Who are you without your job? I really struggled in the beginning to figure out who I am and what my purpose was without having circus in my life. I learned that my job doesn’t define me as an individual but rather I define it myself. And the best part – I realised that you can become more unique using your own personality.

We all have goals, aspirations and dreams! When working together, I will help you to clarify your goals and visions, breaking them down to create a clear plan to get you to where you want to be!

Mindset means different things to different people. I will work with you to help identify what mindset means to YOU and encourage you to ask yourself difficult questions which will give you a clearer and positive outlook moving forward. We will establish: What is your outlook Is it positive or negative Are you able to hold yourself accountable?

How can I use my performance skills in the ‘real world’? You will be surprised how many skills you already have under your belt that can be used in other fields/ industries. I will help you transfer and apply those skills into your new career and help you to understand how best to sell yourself.
