Hi, My name is Shelli

I have been a gymnast since I was 4 years old and at age 18 I joined the house of dancing water in Macau as a professional acrobat and circus artist.

After 3.5 years living in China I joined Cirque Du Soleil as a main character in the show Luzia touring USA/Canada/Mexico and Europe for 6 years.

During the covid pandemic. The show closed and I needed to think about my own future. I decided to study sports psychology, I wrote a book about my journey as a circus performer and went on to becoming a certified life coach.

After lockdown I was called back to Luzia, unfortunately I sustained a serious injury ending my performance career.

During my recovery I started working on Evolve to help others make the transition from their sports/ performance career into a new one they are passionate about.

Now I am ready to share my experience with you.

Fear:

What is fear and how to use it to heighten your performance as apposed to letting it hindering it. Using techniques to overcome fear and how to deal with it.

Transformation:

Change can be scary but it is vital for growth. Being adaptable is part of resilience and having a growth mindset.

Self belief

Dealing with imposter syndrome and learning how to build confidence and self belief.

What I learned performing

Covering a variety of topics from how to stay positive and why and how I think in such a way that I do. Other aspects include for example how to deal with stress and using the skills I learned making them tangible to day to day life. Really trying to bring back my experience to making it relevant to ’normal’ people and how they can learn and benefit from it.
